Up late and getting ready to start packing for Mykonos. No clue, but decided to check this blog wow there are actually updates. Pleasant surprise. DAMN, sounds like you really didn't enjoy Mykonos. Being that I'm going on my own, hopefully I don't have as hard of a time making friends as you seemed to have (minus the hostel et al). I know a few girls that actually live there from my short stay there back in May so maybe that'll help. At the very worst, my hotel accommodations are fly (http://www.semelihotel.gr/photo-gallery.php), so at least I should be relaxed on that front. Going to check out the rest of these updates!

I definitely like the idea and the mannequin icon. I would opt for the inverse colors more and get rid of the kaleidoscope pattern. It makes the card to busy and I think simple is key. That's not to say you can incorporate a little "jazz and spice" to make it less simple.

For instance maybe you can use the kaleidoscope pattern that when bunched together makes the outline or form of the mannequin? Or maybe have a corner of the mannequin fade out to just a slight kaleidoscope pattern (not sure if I'm explaining myself clearly in this thought, but let me know if it doesn't make sense).

Also think about the fashion line that they the company is trying to convey, what message are they sending? I checked out the site and their cloths are pretty clean and simple with a nice twist or splash that makes it unique. In a way, the business cards should reflect that simplicity and "splash" of "different".

Thanks for the critique, your comments are always appreciated and valued. I see your poin with the colors and elements like the date and venue information. Unfortunately, the flyers were sent out to print before I could try to adjust things. I am working on the letterhead and envelopes so I would really appreciate what you think. How's the bizcards btw?
